After long period of time looking for the ideal location to start this project they found the remarkable place,an old manor house in Bellaterra.
The detail and accurate restoration its thanks to Tommy’s Mateu hands. Its a mixture between elegance of antic spaces and current design.
The Chef Tommy Mateu was educated at Hoffman School of Restauration to after continue his carrier at Restaurants like Alkimia, Nerúa and Can Poal.
The quality and creativity is reflected in the cuisine that he produces.
The family philosophy continues with the first class winner service by Carlos Mateu as the Sommelier.
